Before you connect
You must be an active DappleOS customer with a subscription that includes DappleAI and MCP access.
- An active DappleOS login with permission to view the data you want to ask about.
- MCP enabled for your DappleOS account.
- A Claude account that supports connectors.

How to connect
Confirm your access
Check that your DappleOS subscription includes DappleAI and MCP access. Contact support if you are unsure.
Sign in to DappleOS
Make sure you are signed in to your DappleOS account.
Add the connector in Claude
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add the DappleOS connector.
Authorise the connection
When prompted, sign in with your DappleOS credentials to authorise the connection.
Grant access and ask a question
Grant access to complete the connection, then ask Claude a question about your clinic’s data.
Your data and permissions
The connector is read-only. It reports, analyses and helps you explore your configuration without changing records in DappleOS.
Each session is tied to your DappleOS login. The connector accesses your own clinic’s data within your account’s permissions and location access.
